How spaced repetition works on Yalango

Spaced repetition is a study method that shows you words again at the right moment - just before you would otherwise forget them. Items you struggle with come back sooner, and items you know well come back later.

On Yalango, every card you practice in a deck or table feeds into your personal vocabulary for that target language. Over time, each item earns an SRS level based on how well you've been answering it.

Where to see your vocabulary

Go to yalango.com/vocabulary to see all the words you've built up in your active language. From here you can:

  • Browse items by SRS level
  • See your current review queue (items that are due today)
  • Filter by your best and worst performers
  • Jump straight into practice

Cross-deck practice

If you want to review everything that's due today across all your decks at once, use the spaced repetition session on the Study dashboard. It pulls items from your full vocabulary regardless of which deck they came from, so you don't have to open each deck individually.

The number of items in the session defaults to your daily goal, but you can override it before starting.
