Verifying your email

When you register, Yalango sends a verification link to your email address. Opening that link confirms the address belongs to you.

Why we ask

Email verification protects your account and lets us reach you for important account or security messages. It also keeps automated sign-ups from filling the site with junk content, which is why some actions - like posting publicly - stay limited until your address is confirmed.

If you did not get the email

• Check your spam or promotions folders.
• Wait a few minutes, then send it again from the verification screen or from Account settings.
• Make sure the address on your account is spelled correctly.
• If you registered with Google, you're signed in through Google and there is nothing to verify.

If the link doesn't work

Verification links expire. If yours has gone stale, request a new one rather than reusing the old email, and open it in the same browser you're signed in with.

If it still fails, please contact us with the exact error message shown on the page - that message tells us precisely which step failed.
