We love hearing feedback and helping users find their way around the site. If you have an issue, a concern, or a question, please don't hesitate to reach out.
The best options
- The feedback tool on the site. Use Send Feedback from the menu to report a bug or suggest a feature. This is the fastest route for anything technical, because it attaches the page you were on. You can follow the conversation later under Submissions.
- Email - hello@yalango.com for account, billing, or privacy questions.
- The forums - best for questions other learners can answer too, like study advice or help with a particular language.
