Table power tools
Search rows, bulk-delete with undo, duplicate and reorder rows, copy a public link, and manage table settings from the More menu.
Beyond typing into cells, tables have tools for bulk edits, sharing, and cleanup. Open any table you own from My Library or My Tables.
Search rows
Use Search rows... on the edit page to filter the grid to matching rows.
Select and delete rows
- Tick the checkboxes on the left of rows you want to remove, or use Select all.
- Choose Delete selected.
- An undo toast lets you restore the rows if you change your mind.
- Clear clears the selection without deleting.
Duplicate and reorder
- Right-click a row (or use the row menu) and choose Duplicate row.
- Drag rows with the drag handle, or move them up and down, to change order.
Copy link
When a table is public, Copy link copies the share URL. The button briefly shows Link copied.
More menu
More groups secondary actions so the toolbar stays short on small screens. Typical items include Import, Export, Columns, and Settings.
Settings covers rename, description, privacy, and Delete Table. Deleting is permanent - export first if you might need the data (see Export a table).
